Payment Terms: All items are made to order and are paid for in advance via Credit Card.

Delivery Time: 10 -14 Business days from receipt of payment plus transport time from Calais., Maine 04619

Refund Policy for Taxi Roof Signs: Non refundable once product has been shipped within the alowed time frame. (If item is late our standard refund policy will apply.)

Refund Policy on other products: If order is cancelled do to being late you will get a full refund. Cancellations within our scheduled delivery time but not shipped will incur a 25% cancellation charge (for the item only) freight is refundable at this point. Cancellations for goods in transit on time will incur 20% restocking charge of the item (shipping not refundable) and will have to pay to ship it back in resellable condition.

Gurantee: Limited liabity to item arriving in tack and unbroken and all shipments are to be inspected on arrival for damage and signed for as damaged or subject to inspection if the package looks damaged or makes a noise when moved or shaken. Items shipped on customer freight accounts will have to be claimed by the customer and not the shipper.

Protective Masking: Must be removed as soon as possible. Do not expose to sunlight or the elements as the masking will embed into the plastic. Remove masking and cover with linen cloth or soft non abrasive sheets if putting into storage.
